How to change default download location in Google chrome

If you want to change default download location in Google chrome

By default, Google Chrome downloads files to the following locations:

* Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\Downloads
* Windows Vista: \Users\<username>\Downloads

You can choose a different default download location or select a specific location for each download.

Procedure to follow

1) Once you open your chrome browser click the wrench menu and select options

2) Click the Under the Hood tab.

* To change the default download location, click Browse in the Downloads section and select where you’d like your files to be saved.

* If you’d rather choose a specific location for each download, select the ‘Ask where to save each file before downloading’ checkbox.

3) Finally Click on Close.
